We help out clients organize, pay bills, and keep track of funds the business owes to
vendors and suppliers for the goods and services they provide (short-term obligations) as well as the long-term obligations of the company such as bank notes.
We help our clients prepare and send electronic bills to their clients and keep track of unpaid invoices as well as help them collect payments from their customers.
We support and facilitate payroll preparation for all our client’s employees through direct
deposit and/or printable checks along with quarterly payroll tax returns (941/943/TWC),
timely payroll tax payments, & annual payroll forms (W2, W3, 1099, & 1096, 940).
Our weekly/monthly write-up will help keep a close eye on the bank accounts to avoid fraud
charges by stolen identity and/or check fraud.
CASH FLOW & CASH MANAGEMENT
Keeping a good schedule of when funds are deposited and when funds are withdrawn will help the business to avoid cash flow problems. A useful cash flow report at hand helps with making sound decisions for investment, hiring new employees, purchasing equipment and so much more.
